RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Any product purchased through the web www.sockla.com may be returned or exchanged up to 15 days from the confirmation of payment of the order. The client will take care of the management and payment of the shipment to our offices in SOCKLA, Calle Fuente del Berro 6, Madrid, 28009, Spain.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS
Likewise, the product and its label must remain in the same conditions as at the time of its reception, specifically it must not show signs of wear, breakage or that the package has been opened. On the contrary, if the reason of the change of the product is due to some defect in the quality in manufacturing, Sockla will bear all the expenses to replace the item with one of the same characteristics, in case it is in stock, or if not, one with similar characteristics.
